Nach 7 Wochen Pause bin ich diese Strecke gefahren um zu schauen ob ich noch halbwegs Fit bin. Start und Ziel: Feuerwehrhaus Elspe.
Von dort aus bis Theten, Grevenbrück, Finnentrop bis Lenhausen. Dort auf den Fahrradweg alte Bahnstrecke ins Frettertal bis unterhalb Fa. Maxam (ehemals Westspreng). Dort rechts raus, nach der Fa. rechts halten, längst den See und dann bis zum Heiligenhäuschen oberhalb von Obermelbecke. Die Strecke lässt sich von dort aus in verschiedene Richtungen verlängern, rechts Richtung Sporke, links Richtung Elsmecke.
