Ab Roetgen durch das Vichtbachtal über Rott, Mulartshütte bis Zweifall. Aufstieg bis Jägerhaus. Von dort Richtung Vossenack, am Franziskus Gymnasium vorbei hinunter ins Kalltal nach Simonskall. Hinauf nach Rollebroich, durch die Felder bis Strauch, Kesternich. Abfahrt ins Rurtal nach Dedenborn. Der letzte steile Aufstieg geht hinauf nach Eicherscheid. Rückweg über Konzen, Paustenbach nach Roetgen.
Der Großteil der Strecke führt über öffentliche Strassen, ist aber nicht zu sehr befahren.
