Klassische Tremalzo Runde (Moser 12, Tour 40) von Riva über die alte Ponale Strasse nach Pregasina, weiter steil bis zur Malga Palaer und auf Trails (anfangs mit einigen Schiebepassagen) über Passo Rocchetta, Passo Guil und Passo Nota und letztlich auf teils grobem und tiefem Schotter rauf zum Tremalzo.
Abfahrt zunächst kurz auf der Teerstrasse, dann Trail-Querung zum Bocca Caset und auf toller Abfahrt mit ellenlangem Trail runter zum Ledrosee. Dort dem Radweg folgend, wieder auf der alten Ponalestrasse zurück nach Riva.
