Wir starten in Meran, Radweg ins Passeiertal bis St. Leonhard, dann links kurz auf die Hauptstraße bis zum Kreisverkehr, wo wir links zum Brückenwirt abbiegen. 4 km weiter immer auf Asphalt nach Breiteben und Platt. Von Platt links Richtung Pfelders und nach ein paar 100 m biegen wir links gegen Ulfas ab, Das Dorf erreichen wir nach 2 km steiler Anfahrt, weiter bis zum Parkplatz und auf dem Forstweg bis zur Ulfaser Alm. Dort stärken wir uns und es geht weiter über dem Waalweg, teils mit Schiebepassagen bis wir wieder auf eine Forststraße kommen. Diese führt uns hinunter zu Christl und weite rnach St.Martin, wo wir über den Radweg wieder nach Meran zurückfahren.
