Ueber Guetle, Durchstich, Alpe Valors, Alpe Schwamm, Weiler, Goetzis zurueck nach Dornbirn Langes Tragstueck zur Alpe Valors (ca. 25 Minuten) und von Valors zur Alpe Schwamm (ca. 30 Minuten). Auch die Abfahrt von der Schwammalpe ist nur teilweise befahrbahr (bis zu 25 Minute Tragstueck), bei Regen sehr morastig. Gutes Schuhwerk erforderlich.
