Von Lipari an der marina luonga entlang in Richtung Acquacalda und kurz vor dem Tunnel nach links den Berg hinauf. Der Straße folgen, an einer bunkerähnlichen Kirche vorbei und den Ort hindurch. Dann scharf nach rechts zum Aussichtspunkt forcia vecchia (Platz mit drei Säulen).
Anschließend zurück, wieder an der Kirche vorbei. Jetzt aber nicht mehr die Straße zurück, sondern einen Steig hinunter direkt nach Canneto.
