Eine kleine Runde beginnend am Parkplatz der Lindemannsruhe bei Leistadt. hinunter in Richtung Altleiningen. Der Weg geht zunächst bergab, bis zum Wendepunkt an einem Parkplatz mit Rastmöglichkeit.. Ab da geht es hinauf und der bisher breite Weg wird etwas schmaler und unübersichtlicher. Die ganze Strecke mit festen Schuhen gut begehbar.

Von Bad Dürkheim kommend biegt man vor Leistadt links ab Richtung Altleiningen. An der Lindemannsruhe ist ein grosser Parkplatz mit einem Ausflugslokal.
