Die Wanderung steht in „KOMPASS WANDERFÜHRER BERGISCHES LAND TOUR 19“. Da sie uns aber als Nachmittagswanderung zu lang war, haben wir sie an zwei Stellen abgekürzt. Es ist eine romantische Wanderung entlang der Bäche Linnefe, Dhünn und Eifgenbach. Mit minimalen Steigungen ist es eine leichte Wanderung mit schönen Bachtälern. Es kann teilweise etwas glitschig sein. Die Coenenmühle ist eine gute Einkehrmöglichkeit.
