Gestartet wird auf dem Wanderparkplatz in Volkringhausen. Es geht Hönne abwärts in die Grübbeck. Ein leichter Anstieg bis nach Holzen. Eine Abfahrt durch Holzen nach Neheim. Von Neheim Möhne aufwärts zur Möhnestaumauer. --Kurze Pause-- mit einem Blick auf die Staumauer. Von dort Richtung Arnsberg. In Breitenbruch Richtung Hüsten. Von Hüsten Richtung Neheim dann wieder Richtung Holzen wobei vor Holzen rechts ins Biebertal abgebogen wird. In Lendringsen Hönne aufwärts zurück nach Volkringhausen.
Die Tour lässt sich locker fahren. Mehrfach die Möglichkeit auf Radwegen zu fahren. Am Wochende ist der Verkehr recht nervig - viele Motorräder.
