start alstertal - dann gehts über den rodenbeker quellen trail in den wohldorfer wald, dann auf den rader trail richtung kayhude und hier durch das nienwohlder moor zum alten bahndamm (radwanderweg) richtung henstedt, hier weiter zur alsterquelle und über den tangstedter forst, das wittmoor und den rootsoll trail heim!
