GPS-Tour.info sees itself as an online community, and provides only the technical framework. The copyright of the individual tours (tour description, image material, GPS track) lies with the respective authors.

The tour author transfers GPS-Tour.info with the upload of his tour the unrestricted right of use of the published tour information, which can be revoked at any time.

§2 Liability

The use of the tours listed on GPS-Tour.info is at your own risk. GPS-Tour.info as well as the authors of the individual tours exclude any liability for damages caused by the use of our offer. Due to the international character of our offer it is not possible for us to control the content of every single tour!

The evaluation of the tour (fun factor, landscape, condition and technique) is only a subjective assessment of the tour author and cannot be verified by us.

In the event that claims are made against GPS-Tour.info by third parties on the basis of tours offered on GPS-Tour.info, the tour author shall indemnify and hold GPS-Tour.info harmless in this regard.

§3 Data protection

Personal data that you provide in the course of registering with GPS-Tour.info will be stored, in compliance with applicable national and European data protection laws, solely for the administration of your user account. A use of the data for information and marketing purposes (e-mail newsletter) is only with your explicit consent. This consent can be revoked at any time and free of charge, e.g. by e-mail to kontakt@gps-tour.info. With the publication of a tour on GPS-Tour.info the author assures that he has created all information to the best of his knowledge and that the used material is free of rights of third parties. We reserve the right to add to the tour description if necessary for understanding, or to make a translation into other languages. Also, we reserve the right to delete tours if the description is not in the sense of GPS-Tour.info.

§5 Download and use of tours

The tours on GPS-Tour.info are intended for private use only. By downloading the tours, the user does not acquire any rights to the data in question. We point out in particular that the respective state laws (driving bans, ...) are to be observed both when recording and when reusing . Users:inside of GPS-Tour.info agree in the course of registration to abide by legal regulations. In the sense of a fair partnership between landowner and outdoor sportsman we appeal especially to keep these rules.
