Die Tour startet in Schwabach und führt über Limbach, Penzendorf vorbei an Schaftnach zum RMD-Kanal. Dort fährt man fast bis zur Schleuse Eckersmühlen und kommt dann an den Rothsee. (Hab nen kurzen Besuch in Eckersmühlen unternommen)
Vom Rothsee geht es dann Richtung Allersberg, nach Großschwarzenlohe und Neusses zurück nach Schwabach.
