Von Imst (Parkplatz bei Polizei) aus durch die Kramergasse, Lehngasse zum Rastbühel. Links auf der Forststrasse (MTB Route 622) zum Weg zur Obermarkter Alm und weiter zur Latschenhütte.
Dort kurz über die Almwiese hinunter zum Bach, über die Brücke und den Schipistenweg zur Untermarkter Alm. Auf dem Forstweg (MTB Route 616) nach Hoch Imst. Am Parkplatz Richtung Rosengartenschlucht auf breiten Wanderweg Sonnberg, Gunglgrün. Zurück ins Zentrum.
