da Brescia città al Passo del Maniva attraverso la Val Trompia. Da qui al passo Baremone sopra il lago d'Idro - questo itinerario è chiuso in inverno per impraticabilità.
Dal Baremone ad Anfo ripida e pericolosa discesa fino ad Anfo da cui si riprende sulla litoranea del lago d'Idro raggiungendo Barghe ove s'impegna la ciclabile della Val Sabbia fino a Brescia a completare il tour
