Si parte dal parcheggio nelle vicinanze dell' Hotel Savoy a Passo Costalunga, si imbocca il sentiero che affianca la partenza della seggiovia in direzione Obereggen (sentiero 21).
Tutto il percorso è ben segnalato dal cartello rotondo "Sentiero delle Leggende".
L'intero itinerario si percorre con relativa facilità senza particolari attrezzature ed è adatto anche a famiglie con bambini, bellissimi i panorami delle Dolomiti e del lago di Carezza dove ci si può fermare a riposare e rifocillarsi prima del rientro.
Assolutamente consigliato.
