This is the only possibility to have a nice run inside Shanghai in a nice area with a very good view to the big buildings around . You will enjoy the many trees to spend shadow in this hot area. The run is always close to the lake, but you have a lot of possibilities to varied inside the park - or use the longer outside circle with 5 km.
Before entering the park you have to buy an entrance ticket – the charge is 10 RMB.
You can run this circle in both directions – the description is clockwise.
It starts with a paved road under nice trees and after a while you will arrive at the lake. Follow the lake close to the water and at the corner you have to run through the big rocks. Via wooden floor you run along the water and over a nice bridge, everything with very good view to the big buildings from Shanghai. Again along the water and through nice green areas you close the circle. Now you can run the lab many times.
Alternatives:
Inside the park there are many possibilities to varied the course via nice small tracks or you can integrate some stairs.
Outside the park there is a nice small 5 km path with many trees to spend you shadow.

Take Metro Line „2“ to station “Century Park”, use Exit-2 and follow signs to Century Park. You will arrive at Entrance 7.
Or take Metro Line „2“ to station “Shanghai Science & Technology Museum”, use Exit-6 and you will directly arrive at the main Entrance 1.
