Streckenverlauf der Wanderung
Die Wanderung beginnt an der ehemaligen Gaststätte Heinrichsruh oberhalb von Lelm.
Gerade in den heißen Sommermonaten ist dieser Wanderweg sehr beliebt, weil er auf der kühlen Nordseite des Elms liegt und die Bäume ausgiebig Schatten spenden.
Vom Waldrand aus hat man eine herrliche Aussicht über Lelm hinweg bis nach Helmstedt.
