Von Hinterstoder über Prielschutzhaus in die Brotfallscharte und weiter zum Gipfel des Gr.Priel 2514m. Retour bis zum Wegkreuz zur Welserhütte. Abstieg bis zum Fleischbanksattel. Von hier den gut markierten Weg folgen bis zum Rotkogelsattel 2000m. Ab hier steil bergab zur Pühringerhütte.
