Ronde van 12 km vanaf het bezoekerscentrum van staatsbosbeheer bij Appelscha. Parcours is voor het merendeel onderhard maar niet zwaar. Ook mooi voor als het weer minder is (alleen het gedeelte over het schelpenpad over de zndverstuivingen is open)
