Von Bad Kissingen auf die Hochebene vorbei am Fahrsicherheitstrainingsplatz der Polizei und am ehemaligen Flughafen auf befestigten Wegen Richtung Münnerstadt. Dann biegen wir scharf links ab um wandern am Waldrand Richtung Nüdingen. Etwa Höhe des Ortes biegen wir in einen Feldweg ein und gehen weiter am Waldrand entlang. Wir erreichen eine kleine Kapelle und gehen weiter Richtung Bismarkturm. Vom Bismarkturm gehen wir abwärts am Friedhof vorbei wieder zurück nach Bad Kissingen
