- Start/Ziel: Meran/Marling, Marlingerbrücke, öffentlicher Parkplatz Piccolo Hotel.
- Einrollen ca. 5 Km nach Lana - Auf der Gampenpasstrasse nach Völlan - weiter auf geteerter Forststrasse bis Km 17 - Beginn der am Anfang etwas steinigen Forststrasse, bis zum höchsten Punkt bei Km 22,2.
- Km 20,6 Hofschänke "Frollnhof"
- Km 24,2 Wasserstelle
- Abfahrt auf Forstweg/Trail nach Platzers, Völlanerbad(Gasthof), Völlan, Lana, Meran.
- Ca. 400 Mt. Schiebepassagen.
