Vom Torfhaus direkt hinab zum Kaiserweg, diesem leicht ansteigend folgen bis zum Dreieckigen Pfahl. Auf dem alten Grenzweg einen knappen Kilometer bis zum Abzweig des Goetheweges. Auf diesem geht es vorbei am Quitschenberg wieder zurück bis zum Torfhaus, zum Schluss parallel zum Abbegraben.
