Geparkt wird an einem Rastplatz in Neuenhaus.
Nach dem Wechsel der Flußseite geht es richtung Norden entlang des Ufers.
Beim Erreichen des Naturschutz Gebietes kann dieses über ein Trampelpfad durchgequert. Am anderen Seite gibt es einen Rastplatz und eine Installation zum Nutzung des Waldes.
Zurück zum Ufer geht es weiter Richtung Norden erreicht man eine Brücke zum Wechseln des Ufers. Auf der Anderen Seite geht es nun zurück und nach einem Schlenker zum überqueren der Dinkel erreicht man schnell den Ausgangspunkt
