Die Tour führt in einer großen Schleife durch die Wald- und Hügellandschaften zwischen Lauf, Günthersbühl, Heroldsberg, Behringersdorf und Rückersdorf. Immer wieder sorgen Trailabschnitte für genüssliches Biken, an manchen Stellen ist ein wenig technisches Können erforderlich.
