Von Ahrweiler aus, sind es noch 16,3 Km bis nach Bad Bodendorf. Wir wandern zunächst durch die Weinbergs Lagen oberhalb der Doppelstadt Bad Neuenahr Ahrweiler, bis wir die A61unterqueren und den Ort Heppingen erreichen. Unterhalb der Landeskrone gelangen wir zum Ort Lohrsdorf. Zunächst durch Weinbergs Lagen, führt der Rest der Strecke durch Wald bis nach Bad Bodendorf. Von dort geht es mit der Ahrtalbahn wieder zurück nach Ahrweiler.
