Die Strecken sind jeweils ein Rundkurs durch den Olympiapark. Start und Ziel befinden sich am Ehrengastbereich des Olympiastadions (Spiridon-Louis-Ring). Der 10 km Lauf ist durch den DLV vermessen und daher bestenlistentauglich. Alle Wettbewerbe sind als „Genehmigter Lauf – Walken/Wandern“ angemeldet. Sie werden nach den Internationalen Wettkampfregeln IWR und der Veranstaltungsordnung IVAO, unter Aufsicht des Bayerischen Leichtathletik-Verbandes, durchgeführt.
