Start und Ziel ist in Aalen beim VfR Station.
Über Wasseralfingen geht es nach Lauchheim.
Dann hoch auf das Härtsfeld nach Ebnat.
Über die Hochfläche der Schwäbischen Alb erreicht man die Abfahrt ins Kochertal bei Oberkochen.
Entlang des Kochers geht es zurück nach Aalen.
Teilweise verläuft die Strecke auf gut befestigten Schotterweg.
