Viel Auf-und-Ab auf dem Weg durchs Bergische. Start ist in Langenfeld beim S-Bahnhof (S6), dann geht's zum Altenberger Dom. Nun meist auf wenig befahrenen Straßen nach Marienheide und Meinerzhagen. Schließlich noch zur Talsperre Biggesee und nach Attendorn. Über einen Berg ist dann Plettenberg zu erreichen, dort ist der Bahnhof (RE16) das Ziel.
