Durch die norddeutsche Marschlandschaft. Es gibt Die Elbe mit ihren großen "Pötten" als auch weite Landschaft zu sehen. Höhenmeter spielen keine Rolle nur ab und an mal der Wind. Im Frühsommer ist Matjes-Essen in Glückstadt angesagt.
