Schöne Runde durch den Wald. Zurück am Bach entland Richtung Ungelstetten.
Aufgrund der vielen Auf- und Abstrecken am Bach ein gutes Konditionstraining (intervall).
War für unserem "Neuen" in der Runde bestimmt nicht soooo leicht.
Aber ich hoffe Du hast es gut überstanden Martin!
