dal paese di cerreto di spoleto sci scende fino al fiume nera. qui si prende la strada della vecchia ferrovia spoleto-norcia e si arriva fino a piedipaterno. si sale fino al comune di meggiano e si scende fino alla vallata del fiume vigi in loc. ponte sargano per poi risalire a cerreto di spoleto.
