Die erste Hälfte dieser Tour führt dich auf landwirtschaftlichen Nebenstraßen durch den Rhedaer Forst und Marienfeld (Radweg) bis nach Kölkebeck (ca. 2 kmStraße). An Brockhagen vorbei durch die Patthorst bis nach Steinhagen. Ab hier auf dem Radweg über Isselhorst, Osnabrücker Landstraße nach Spexard.
Einkehrmöglichkeiten: Jägereck , Ententurm.
