Start am Campingplatz "Douce Quietude" oberhalb von St. Raphael. Richtung Norden ins Gebirge, auf Forstwegen bergauf, die letzten Höhenmeter auf den Gipfel das Rad schieben und tragen, dann weiter auf Rückseite des Berges, Trailabfahrten (am Anfang einige Schiebepassagen) bis fast ganz nach unten. (Achtung, Abzweige oft schwierig zu finden, genau nach Track fahren, ) Karte: IGN 3544 ET
