Start in Lindau am Bodensee.
Über den Rheinradweg nach Chur. Von Hier aus die erste Steigung auf der 3 über Parpan, Lenzerheide nach Lenz. Am Ortsausgang links halten in Richtung Albulapass / Davos.
Die Straße endet in einer T-Kreuzung. Hier rechts halten, weiter Bergab. Wiederum Ende in einer T-Kreuzung. Diesmal Links halten in Richtung Albulapass / Filisur.
Ab hier noch ca. 50HM hinab bis Filisur. Von dort ca. 30km bergauf bis zur Pass.
