Gemütliche Runde vom Rangierbahnhof Maschen über Stelle nach Winsen/Luhe, entlang der Luhe bis zur Elbe weiter über Hoopte und Fliegenberg durch die Elbmarschen vorbei am Junkernfeldsee mit Bademöglichkeit zurück nach Maschen. Es gibt keine nennenswerten Steigungen.
