Es folgt eine Wanderung durch das Schneebergmassiv des Fichtelgebirges mit zwei Aussichtspunkten und einem steileren Anstieg zu Beginn der Tour.

Von der A9 München/Berlin fährt man die Ausfahrt Bad Berneck raus und folgt der B303 in
Richtung Wunsiedel, ca 300m nach der Abzweigung zum Fichtelsee befindet sich ein Parkplatz mit Imbiss auf der linken Seite.
