Eine sehr nette Runde für Leute dir nicht permantent rauf und runter fahren wollen, aber trotzdem mehr als eine Fahrradtour erleben möchten. Beginnend in Leichlingen-Witzhelden am Sportplatz, hinunter auf anspruchsvoller Strecke durch einen Buchenwald bis zur Wupper. An der Wupper entlang bis Leichlingen. Dort ein Stück Straße um die beiden MTB-Strecken miteinander zu verbinden. Dann hoch nach Witzhelden durch das Weltersabacher Tal. Zum Schluß eine nette Pausenbank am Aufstieg zum Funkturm mit herrlichem Blick bis Köln. (bei guter Sicht bis in die Eifel).
