Bike up the Rhine from Düsseldorf, through Duisburg and along the Ruhr to essen Kettwig via Mülheim. Back over the 'Schwarzbachtal' and Ratingen.
All flat until Essen Kettwig. From there max. 2 inclines over 150 m. Nothing for racing bikes, but okay for trecking bikes.
