Von Monheim aus am Rhein entlang in Richtung Leverkusen. Dort auf die andere Rheinseite und rheinabwärts in Richtung Zons. mit der zonser Fähre übersetzten und durch die Urdenbacher Kämpe in Richtung Garather Forst. Vom Garather Forst aus über die Felder und den Knipprather Wald nach Monheim zurück.
