Start am Parkplatz am Bräustüberl in Tegernsee. Über das Alpachtal zum Kreuzberg. Abfahrt zum Schliersee und durch Josefsthal mit anschließendem Anstieg zum Spitzingsattel. Über Spitzingsee und Valepp vorbei an der Moni Alm über Rottach zurück zum Ausgangspunkt.
