Die in Goch wohl bekannteste und meist genutzte Laufstrecke. Vom Start am Parkplatz an der Triftstrasse geht es entlang der Niers bis nach Kessel. Dort über die "Holzbrücke" und vorbei an diversen Baggerseen über eine landschaftlich schöne Strecke, vorbei an Kloster Graefenthal, zurück zum Parkplatz

Anfahrt von Goch über die B501 nach Asperden. Da rechts in die Triftstrasse abbiegen und dieser an der Einmündung Maasstr./Triftstr. folgen. Hinter der Niersbrücke gehts links zum Parkplatz
