Die Strecken gliedern sich in eine Kurzstrecke von 6 km und eine Langstrecke von 13,5 km.
Der Parcours führt auf einem malerischen Hochplateau gelegen an der Kirchbühler
Kapelle und am Radspitzturm vorbei.
Alle Strecken führen landschaftlich reizvoll auf Wald- und Forstwegen über die Höhen des Frankenwaldes.
Start und Ziel ist die Radspitzalm in Mittelberg.
