Auf dem Lenneradweg bis Altenhundem, dann über die Starße nach Kirchhundem, ein Stück Wald bis Würdinghausen. Bis Silberg geht es über kleine Nebenstraßen. Am Panoramapark entlang auf den Rothaarsteig, dem die Route bis zum Forsthaus Hohenroth folgt. An einer Quelle kann man die Getränkeflaschen auffüllen. Besonders schön ist es im Edertal. Eine schöne und auch preisgünstige Rast kann man im Forsthaus Hohenroth machen. Danach geht es durch hohe Buchenwälder hinab zur Obernausperre. Dort entlang bis Netphen. Über Radwege bis zum Bahnhof Weidenau und zurück mit dem Zug.
