Der leichte Radweg führt entlang von Feldern und durch die beiden Orte Brixen und Westendorf. Nach Westendorf geht die Strasse ins Windautal, vorbei an Bauernhöfen und einem schönen Panoramablick in die Berge. Nach dem Jagahäusl wird die Landschaft von meter zu meter idyllischer. Ab der Gamskogelhütte beginnt ein Schotterweg der entlang eines Baches führt und es beginnt eine leichte Steigung. Das Tal hat eine wunderbare abwechslungsreiche Landschaft.
