Schöne Warmfahrrunde für Menschen, die eine Weile nicht gefahren sind und konditionell noch aufbauen müssen.
Keine schwierigwen Wege. Die 2. Steigung ist vielleicht für völlig untrainierte ein bisschen anstrengend aber mit kleinen Pausen durchaus bewältigbar. Belohnt wird man dann mit einer richtig geilen Abfahrt bis runter ans Sayner Schloss !
