Kleine Aufwärmrunde. Die Tour geht hauptsächlich über Schotter- oder Waldwege. Sie startet in Mollseifen an der Kapelle. Zunächst geht es in Richtung Kahler Asten bergauf bis zur Bundesstraße. Auf ihr fährt man bis zum Rauchloch über Aspalt. Durchs Rauchloch führt die Route dann berab nach Züschen. Über Wanderwege geht es dann wieder bergauf in Richtung Ausgangspunkt.
