Vom Bahnhof Xanten in die Innenstadt zum Markt. Ab dort der Routenführung folgen. Zwischen Perrich und Wesel Umleitung über Büderich wegen der Zufahrt zur neuen Rheinbrücke bzw. Demontage der alten Brücke (Stand: August 2012). In Dorsten-Holsterhausen (Höhe Schwimmbad) habe ich die Route verlassen, um zum Bahnhof Dorsten zu gelangen.
