Abfahrt in Losenstein beim Gasthaus Blasl (gleich neben Bahnhof). Von dort einige Kilometer am Ennstalradweg, dann rechts über den Wendbachgraben rauf zur Hohen Dirn, mit Abstecher zur Anton Schlosser Hütte, dann über "die Mösern" runter zur Talschaft "Hausbach" ins Einzuggebiet des Steyrtals von dort gehts mit tollen Panorama, ua. auf den Reichramminger Schneeberg, hinauf zum Haishanslniedern und über Reichramming wieder am Ennstalradweg zurück zum Ausgangspunkt.
