Start beim Agathawirt in St.Agatha bei Bad Goisern, durch den Ort Richtung Posern und rauf zur Ewigen Wand, dann über Mitterberg und Leckenmoos weiter Richtung Hütteneckalm (vorher ist ein Abstecher zur Hoisnradalm möglich), weiter runter und 800hm steil hinauf auf den Raschberg, kurze Tragepassage zur Lambacherhütte und runter zur Hinteren Sandlingalm (Pitzingalm) und über Pitzingmoos (kurze Schiebepassage) am Brunnkogel vorbei zur Blaa Alm und weiter Salzbergwerk Altausee über einen Trail gehts den Waldgraben runter und immer weiter bergab bis zum AUsgangspunkt.
