Eine schöne Tour mit einfachen und auch anspruchsvollen Teilen. Die Passagen durch Menden und Neheim sind lästig aber leider unvermeidlich. Sind die Tour bei Starkregen gefahren und daher wurden manche Teile technisch schwieriger als sie bei gutem Wetter sind. Zurück sind wir zum Entspannen an der Ruhr entlang gefahren - so ergab sich ein prima Rundkurs.
